best gaming build for under $600

Im building this for a gift i do not want to spend more then 600 bucks, i do need it to be able to play battlefiled 4 on high graphics with high fps, and the pc needs to have a good base so in the future he can do 2 sli or 3 sli.

For $600, it's probably not going to happen. You'll have to have a mid end Z motherboard which will likely take up $150+ on its own.
