This is my current pc what should my next upgrade be.

Motherboard asrock h61 del

Graphics card msi GeForce gtx 650

Hdd Samsung spin point 72000rpn 1tb boot drive

Hdd 2 wd caveare green 300gb

Psu thermal take 450w

Ram gskill ripjaw 16gb.

CPU intel core i7 socket 1155 2600 CPU 3.40ghz .

Me personally would upgrade the GPU and PSU also it's *Caviar :P

GPU because it's bottlenecking the i7. You'll have to upgrade the psu

I would upgrade the GPU and PSU. Maybe go to something like the Nvidia GTX 770, and I would also suggest getting an ssd.

GPU because it's bottlenecking the i7. You'll have to upgrade the psu

change the gpu to a 760 if you can afford it

Should I be worried about the motherboard because its a pci express gen 2.0 board and my gpu is pci express gen 3.

If you have to ask what to upgrade you probably aren't stressing your system at all, which in that case you should save your money.

The fps difference is minimal between the two, and PCI gen 2.0 16x is equivalent to PCI gen 3.0 8x.

It's not that I'm not stressing it I hit 100% on the gpu when playing games.
