is this a good power supply? Raidmax RX-530SS

Processor i5 4440 Graphics Card GTX 980ti Motherboard MSI B85M-G43 Memory 8GB Storage 1TB HDD Power Supply XFX TS 750W Case Fractal Design Core 1300

Probably not. Get something like a CX500.

Well it got a 3.9 rating so it's probably not amazing.

Go for a well named brand Corsair, Rosewell, EVGA and the reviews for that one are really little compared to others and always look at the reviews. Remember that quality is more important, you can buy PSU with a ton of the wattage, but that does not mean its good quality.
