Budget Build for non-gaming use (Facebook, Youtube, DVD/Blu-Ray burning)

This build is for a person who never games. I want to get it as cheap as possible, preferably < $100, while still performing lightning fast with a web browser and probably freecell. This build will be running Linux -- the specific distribution is not chosen as of yet but it will most likely be Elementary OS.

It is for a person who never games. Therefore, default graphics are fine. There is no need for anything special. I am completely fine with even the most basic games running at 2-3fps.

Does he have ANY parts?

Some old Dell Dimension 15+ year old parts.....

This is a good idea, I'll consider it.
