offtopic, should I transform my rig to an ITX Prodigy build at my next upgrade since I am going to change my motherboard anyways? What are the drawbacks?

I've heard it's not the greatest of cases for building in. Generally heat, smaller components, and more expensive components (motherboard, and sometimes need a slim PSU).
