Want to build a sick gaming PC FX8350 based $700

Hello, me and my friend are having a contest/bet to see who can build the best gaming PC that can play a variety of games at 1080p Ultra settings but the only twist is he is building and intel based machine and I'm building an AMD based one. I am familiar with building computers I have my own already i7k GTX 680 etc. I just have no clue when it comes to AMD stuff like which GPU, MOBO ,RAM, CPU work the best. But, I know for sure my buddy is going to use an i5 3750k or an i5 for that matter which means I basically have to use the FX 8350 and the best Graphics card I can buy on a budget. The rules for my competition against my friend follow:

Winner is person with computer that can run at best FPS games- BF3, Skyrim, Portal 2, Minecraft Server and Minecraft game at the same time, VM Ware 3 virtual boxes, game plus multiple skype calls.

- I know for cetain an eight core will com in handy for a few of those

All partsmust be purchased new including PSU

OS doesnt count in price

Computer doesn't need cd drive

Computer must be in case

RAM must be at least 4 Gigs

HDD performance is rated

MOBO must be at least ATX

Overclocks are allowed

Must show receipt

Using PC parks picker is allowed

No integrated graphics/APU

So here are my ideas:

FX 8350 with stock CPU fan

GPU: I don't know 7870 0r 7850 maybe an nvidia card

MOBO: I don't know has to be cheap and be able to OC

RAM: I have a decent idea but at least 4 Gigs

HDD: Momentus XT or WD black

PSU: Some basic 80 plus rated thing

Case: Some cheap gigabyte thing

So help from some people with AMD experience would be much appreciated. Thank you.
