Best in ear's for $35-$50AUD?

I am looking for some good in ear's for listening to all kinds of music (Mostly electronic though), I like to have a flat and clean sound signature with no distortion and no over saturating the high's and low's like samsung over saturates colors.

My absolute max budget is $50 AUD, But it would be good if they costed more like $40 AUD

I will likely use these with my phone (GS4) most of the time, sometimes on my PC, but mostly on my phone so I need them to be easy to drive.

 

I don't really care about an inline mic, but if it had one it would be nice, also a 4 pole connector won't cause problems with me.

Not sure of prices but look into Vsonic. They have good neutral in ears.
