When it comes to a game like DayZ my monitor does that crazy stuff. Like a bad input or something. Any help?

Have you overclocked the card? Try setting a lower core clock manually to see if that helps.

Maybe your CPU overclock is influencing it aswell. How does it run without CPU overclocks?

Other than that: are all the connectors plugged in properly (Graphics card; monitors?) is the card seated in the PCIe slot properly?

who cares...

If it's DayZ I wouldn't worry myself. That game is still in alpha and is very poorly optimised so any artefacts or stutters are the games' fault, not your cards'.

Pcie 2.0 and 3.0 doesn't really matter as long as you are running in a 16x or if needed 8x slot

Look Guys, I am a Pro on GPUs and I have had capping happen on gen 2. It has only happened once, but because of that I must address that problem. It is not that most likely but you never know.

So I actually had this exact same issue, and it was very strange.

But I am quite confident that your graphics card is gone.

If you boot into a Linux distro, you shouldn't see these lines at all.

Then boot back into Windows and you will see them again.  (strange)

I ended up reinstalling windows, and it was fine, up until I installed the driver. Once I installed it I had the same issue again.

If you uninstall the driver, report back here and tell me if you still get the screen glitching.

I ended up RMAing mine, and afterwards when I got the new one back it worked fine.

Anyways thats my story.
