the last remnant
not top notch jrpg, but I liked, and it;s on PC(no emulators required). Worth a shot.

Yes there are, but suikoden 4 just sucks and suikoden 5 can't beat the 1 and 2 on PsOne.

I really liked the Last Remnant. It was a bit confusing at first (the battle system) but once you learn it its tons of fun and very challenging. The story is good enough but nothing amazing. The combat is what really makes the game so good. The music is insanely good, too.

Breath of Fire 4 was ported to PC, although it's not on steam so you'll have to go looking for a physical copy. Well worth the effort though.

@RyomaSJibenG

Turn based:
Ys I & II
Valkyria Chronicles (kinda a turn based, it's a cool hybrid)
One Way Heroics
Last Dream
Grotesque Tactics (Very similar to Final Fantasy Tactics, just more of a parody)

Agarest: Generations of War & Zero

Not turn based:
Chantelise
Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale
To the Moon (Definitely play this one)
