which thermal paste is better?

i just wanted to know what is the best thermal paste for a GPU.

 

Coolermaster IC Essential E2

OR

 

Arctic Cooling MX-4

 

 

Or any other paste (not over £10/$10)

MX-4 is much better than CM IC essential e2. I have both.

MX-4.  But really, most ones are fine and will last the life of the computer.  But out of those MX-4 is better.

Yes but IMHO you don't need it. All TIM is sufficient unless you go really cheap and crappy or are OCing your rig to within an inch of its life. There are lots of (non fanboi) opinions/tests of various TIMs on the 'net maybe peruse some of them, and you will see just how little choice of TIM matters
