before all of this

i used to sleep like a baby \and maybe dream like 3 times a year

it was awesome

 

a year ago i started taking stuff like 5HTP and Tryptophan so i could even get better sleep

 

big BIG mistake

 

i stopped taking them a year ago

 

since then i wake up feeling out of place - depressed and etc

 

it because i dreamed something really crappy but i dont remember it

even after stopping its been a whole year now

 

i just woke up after 5 hours of sleep feeling exhausted like i was running away from something

m heart wast beating faster

just tired

 

this used to happen to me like 4 months ago and seems it got back again

 

 

ahh its the middle of the night now

ill watch danger 5 then ill try to sleep again ....

Dude go see a doctor. If its such a problem you should probably get this checked out.

why the F@!k would you go on a tech forum and ask this?

he is on the off topic so it's cool 

(1) high frame rate (2) ultra graphics settings (3) cheap...>> choose only two<<...

 

if it's never been done then i'm probably tryna do it. (((((((Bass so low it HERTZ)))))))

tell the docotor i get dreams that i cant remember which ends up making me angry/sad for no reason after waking

 

he will tell me to go see a shrink 

that will probably give me stuff stronger than what i took a year ago .....

would have once before sleeping

the pills didnt help my mood or worsen it

yeah pretty much

 

just wanted to see if what i was getting was normal

googling on the net i only found a few people that get these

and the cure is stronger meds

no way im getting on those things they will cause Lucid dreams that suck

he gets these too

well if he reads this he  could be convinced  to go to the doctor and see what's up ... thus he would have benefitted from posting on this forum even though it is a tech forum and we may have saved someone from zombification  (lack of sleep does that... trust me, i play games :D  )
