One D5 is enough for that. It's a vario pump, so you can turn it up if you need more power. 

 

For reference, I have 1x 360 and 1x 240 rads with a CPU and 2 GPUs in the loop and have my pump set to the second lowest speed and it still goes through fast.

And what about the noise on the 2. level?

 

if the system is bled properly, not noticeable with side panels attached. open chassis

could be a slight hum.
