         So what's the best AMD CPU for $100 or under?

Currency? That's really a dead zone though, I wouldn't even buy a card under $100.... But I guess the 250x?

260 on sale or a 250x

 

nvm, cant do arma 3 too well on that budget...

 

the recommended gpu is an R7 250 (7750), but that's with everything on low.

AMD 7850 from ebay, 7870 if you can find one. Its worth the risk of getting a used card at this price point IMO

Glhf running ArmA 3 on a R7 250X (HD7770 rebrand, I own a 7770) you can enjoy it on lowest possible settings to play at 30FPS with dips all the way to 5FPS. Note, 30FPS is generally the max, and it sits in the 24-28FPS at 1080p on it. :/

I have to be honest though, neither of these cards are that good, but if you can expand your budget you can get a uch better card. Also buying a card used is something to consider.

I'm going to be brutally honest here:

 

none. 

 

Save your money up. Nothing under 100 is going to edit videos hardly at all, and ARMA3 is rediculous on any computer. But if you must, the best is going to be the highest clocked FX chip.

I think you might be better off saving up some more money.

 

Though maybe an 860K could do the trick, not well, but it might do it.
