I'd go with the 750ti

Wait for todays LTT Video, he will be showing the 960, maybe a nice alternaitve

750Ti is weaker than the 660.

 

I SLi'd last year in march but i wouldn't recommend you do it now since the 970 is rather cheap. 

 

Either a 970 or a 780/780Ti for cheap will do.

The 750 ti is weaker, Id go with a second GTX 660, It will be about as powerful as a single 970 in games that support SLI.

Out of the two the GTX 660 SLI setup is obviously going to triumph a single GTX 750 Ti.

 

A lot of people are recommending the GTX 960 which runs in the $250 range. I personally would recommend a R9 290 for that and be miles ahead.

 

Even overclocked balls to the walls the GTX 960 isn't going to touch a stock GTX 970 in performance. Which is what the 290 competes with out of the box.

 

Then again if you're going to wait you might as well wait to see what Pirate Islands brings. Even if it's price drops you could possibly snag a R9 290X for under $250.

The GTX 960 will cost more, so don't wait for it if you are tight on cash. I say go for the 750 ti. I got it for my brother and it is really good for the 130$ I paid for it.

Either grab another 660 or wait for a 960 and sell 660 to get closer to second 960.
