My dad's tablet won't boot..

Apparently my dad's Samsung Tab 3 8" crashed yesterday.. It apparently turned off and when you try to turn it on it shows the Samsung Tab 3 screen, after that it shows the Samsung logo, with the glowing effect..

And it just doesn't boot after that.

 

He left it at the Samsung screen this morning (~2 hours) for me to find it.. When turning it on again, it just does the same..

Charging it won't help either..

Now it won't even turn on again (or standby to charge or whatever..)

 

Worst thing is, I can't easily take off the back easily to take out the battery.. 

 

Any suggestions? Never dealt with this..

 

(Note: when it did go to the glowing Samsung screen and I plugged it into my PC, it did try to install drivers, but failed.)

 

Current state: Samsung logo. No booting, it can charge. 

 

TL;DR: dad's tablet crashed, doesn't go further than the splash screen and can't take out the battery.

That doesn't do anything (it doesn't even turn on that way, just using the power button does turn it on.)

you have to hold it for about 30 seconds

 

it might be volume up, I cant remember

I tried, both with volume up and down. Both didn't work.

They usually made the Samsung Tab 3 screen pop up a few times, but did not work..
