Yes, uATX and MATX are the same.

The first one is m-atx and the second is u-atx. They look like they would work, but idk.

No. One is an AM3 socket for AMD CPU's while the other is an LGA 1150 socket for Intel CPU's.   

  

Both are mATX though if thats what you meant. uATX is mATX from what I know.

μ is the old greek letter for "m".

 

In science it's the short form of "micro" (m being the short for "milli").

 

So since the standard is called Micro-ATX, μ-ATX would actually be the "correct" way, but since our keyboards don't have that letter, most people just use "m" instead for simplicity.
