it is no fees or expiration, not no fees or no expiration. meaning the expiration date on

01/30/2016 is when the balance has to be used or it will forfeit. only contradiction

is that if your region/state law prohibits term limits of said gift card to never expire.

i think you choose from no fee or expiration so if you paid fees then it has no expiration but if you didnt pay fees then it has expiration
