Do I have a bad panel?

Go to solution Solved by Scruffy90,

It happens over time, even with high end panels. The more you use them, the more you have to calibrate them over time. Just finish running them into the ground and slowly save up for new monitors.

4 year old monitor on left 8 year old on right. You can see the the white bleeding through the screen effecting the contrast

I've calibrated and changed various settings on my monitor to no change other than darkening the whole screen.

Connections on both monitors are VGA.

Monitor left is an LG Flatron W1943SS

Monitor right is an EMachines 700G

Current Build
