Hey guys,

Long story short, when I got my new SSD on boxing day, I dragged my steam folder over. Things like SKSE and NMM, etc were not working properly when I tried to launch earlier, so I'm doing a fresh install of everything.

It's been a while, but what are your guys' favorite mod packs?

In the past I've used all kinds of mods (up to 40gb mod folder). So suggest anything! Preferably ones that are compatible. Thanks!

I think Dual Hand Combo keys (I think that is what it was called) and SkyUI (well duhh..) are very necessary.

I really only use anything that changes the atstetic of the game, because vanilla Skyrim is pretty damn ugly. :P

If you haven't already, go on Nexus or the workshop and experement with a few of them. The game can look fantastic once you ditch the default look of it. A lot of them conflict though, so make sure to only install a few at a time, and make sure that you sort out the load order so all of the mods can load correctly. If you need help with that check out Boss. It's a program that can change the load order automatically.

That's what I want to skip.

Last time I went on a modding spree, I spent about a week breaking, and unbreaking my damned game. I just hoped to skip it this time around.

Just see if you can get everything working with Boss then, but there are some mods that aren't recognised by it and will fuck everything up. Aside from that, there's not much you can do I'm afraid.

Oh right, I misunderstood sorry. If you posed the tread like a couple of days ago I would have been able to give you a list, but just formatted my PC and lost them all.
