Developers shouldn't matter. Treat everyone the same. 

Don't preorder this one at all. 

not really the same, we know how the gameplay and story are.

 

the pre-order thing is to avoid paying for games and then finding out they are shit.

We don't know what kind of port it is, we don't know how exploitable the game itself is for mods (a huge draw for many) and for fucks sake, its been a year and NO ONE HAS HEISTS. Something that people genuinely bought the game for.
