Nvidia GTX 980 with Intel socket 1366

I am looking into buying a GTX 980 to replace two of my GTX 295, But i have a intel i7 975 extreme edition processor and wondering if my motherboard is compatible with the graphic card. The motherboard I have is a 'MSI X58 Eclipse SLI LGA 1366 '
