What to do when certain programs are constantly not responding?

Utorrent, Itunes, Photoshop, Rainmeter, Razer Synapse, and windows constantly not responds when ever i download something as "save as" to select a location this is what i mean : qdnMxJD.png

 

These programs constantly freeze and crash and its driving me crazy, and i was wondering is there anyway to fix this annoying crap.

Most likely corrupt OS.

with a windows CD, does corrupt OS only effect some programs? because outside of the list i mentioned everything else is perfect.

Open an administrator level command prompt and type in sfc /scannow

That's good. It should work fine from now on.

 

Also Firefox is always like that with the not responding stuff if that happens to you.

 

Okay cool il give it a test.

By the way do you think a custom Aero theme can cause these kinds of problems?
