such a dumbass

Posting won't help, you just need to try. Get a new powersupply, borrow one from a friend maybe. There is still hope, never give up hope.

Downloading programs from CNet is not a good idea, as they will commonly include unwanted, and sometimes dangerous bloatware... The more you know.

Don't tell her? lol.

Since it's 2 months old i'm sure there is a warranty of some sort. If not then just try replacing the PSU and see if that works.

Sorry to say but its dead

chrome-dead-jim-sad-tab.png

Nvidia is to Dr Dre Beets as AMD is to KFC.

One makes you broke, the other you can get more of and have a midnight snack from the fridge when hungry again. Once you go Nvidia, you go broked, turn into an Elitist, or get the incorrect amount of VRAM.

- WCCFTECH

I was only 9 years old. I loved Fifflaren so much, I had all the NiP merchandise and matches pirated. I prayed to Fifflaren every night before bed. Thanking him for the life I have been given. Fifflaren is love I say. Fifflaren is life. My dad hears and calls me a fuckhead. I knew he was just jelly of my passion for Fifflaren. I called him a Sw@yer. He hits me and sends me to go to sleep. I'm crying now, and my face hurts. I lay in bed and it's really cold. A warmth is moving towards me. I feel someone touching me. I feel someone touching me. It's Fifflaren. I am so happy. He whispers in my ear; "this is my pyjama". He grabs me with his powerful Swedish hands and puts me on my hands and knees. I'm ready. I spread my ass cheeks for Fifflaren. He penetrates my butt-hole. It hurts so much but I do it for Fifflaren. I can feel my butt tearing as my eyes start to water. I push against his force. I want to please Fifflaren. He roars a viking roar as he fills my butt with his love. My dad walks in. Fifflaren looks straight into his eyes and says; "He is a ninja now". Fifflaren is love, Fifflaren is life

That's incredibly unfortunate.

She won't kill you, don't worry. As some have said, get a replacement to check your PC or send older PSU back in. If you have a warranty.

The thing isn't even two months old he said, not even a few weeks. So he could just go and say that something happened to the PSU and that it needs to be fixed. It's an honest mistake that any curious new computer owner may have.

You fucked up big time.

Don't make more comments like that, the OP knows that he messed up, making more jokes won't help. Right now we need to help this guy get his computer fixed. Be nice, please :)

rma? what is that?

A return merchandise authorization (RMA), return authorization (RA) or return goods authorization (RGA) is a part of the process of returning a product in order to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the product's warranty period.

he guys,

I had a 450-500 watt psu that came with my thermaltalke versa 2 and someone was watching something on the computer. I was looking around the back of it and saw a switch on it which had some numbers on it(not the on/off switch). It sparked. PC doesn't turn on. No visible damage to anything. So, is the corsair VS series 450 watt ok for me if that the wattage I need? Is it reliabe?

thanks

P.S. I posted this 10 mins after the incident so I'm not in my mind, so forgive any grammar mistakes.

This happened with my XFX Proseries 750W. Blew up while playing Gmod of all things. Sparked and smelled like Microcenter was burning down. All of my components survived. Even my super cheap asus mobo made it.

Check for black/burn marks on mobo.

people, please don't start waging an ltt war, I'm feeling a bit beter now, but my PC is the same. But I called the place I got my parts from and they told me that they'll check the thing using a replacement PSU, so it's mostly under control. Thanks for the support, and I think that now you should help someone else who might need help.

Feeling supported,

Ady

Ouch, yeah that was a goof on your part. Consider it a teachable moment, and see if it will power on with a replacement power supply. If it does, consider yourself the luckiest person ever. Bad/faulty CPUs can literally take out every component in your PC, so beware when messing with them (all dangers to yourself aside).
