Zotac 970 vs others?

Nineshadow
Go to solution Solved by xox,

I'd just go for the one that looks the best/is the cheapest, they're all within ~5fps of each other, which is insignificant in the grand scheme of things.

Besides, you can still liquid cool all of them.

It's the basic Zotac 970, no AMP Omega no anything.

How does it compare to other manufacturers' implementation? Is a Windforce one worth the $50 more, for example?

I think it should hold up on stock clocks, you probably can't get as good OC from it though. And I agree with @tomlambert01. Going for the cheapest one is a good idea.

This was the cheapest I could find here.

I also gotta say it fits my build almost perfectly lol.

I mean gtx 970 runs in those tiny itx versions I don't see how this could be bad.

I have one and it has worked perfectly for me so far. I overclocked mine to 1400 MHz and stopped without really pushing it as far as will go. The reason I got this Zotac is because it was the cheapest one I could find in stock at the time and It has yet to disappoint me.
