I thought AMD would announce them in Feb. But it was all rumors, nothing is confirmed (As far as I know?)

There were some 'leaked' benchmarks on an unknown chip (I think once for an AMD card and once for an Nvidia card)

I doubt it, The R9 390x are meant to be using a new type of VRAM, Not GDDR5.
And i dont think it will have a Even Highed TDP than the R9 290x.

And generally i dont trust GameDebate that much.

That is unlikely because AMD would have announced more then and there would have been more leaks. We can only wait and see. People might be disappointed anyhow, I've read about speculations where we will only see a 28nm GPU with a big die size and see the 20nm process in the second half of 2015. But I will not participate on this game of speculation... once AMD and nVidia make their moves the flame wars start over again from the fanboys anyways.

Hexus interviewed Lisa Su at CES, and the way she describes the AMD 2015 roadmap seems to suggest Cerrizo and embedded chips are the primary focus of 2015, while GPU's are still not ready for months.

I still think late spring (around May) before any real news comes out about GPU's, but I'm riding off pure gut instinct with no facts.
