Make a system image and restore it to the SSD, nothing really needs to be changed in the bios other than putting it on the AHCI setting

I'm using a HDD now. I'll use an SSD.

 

What should I change in BIOS to make SSD work? (SSD will be formatted no OS on it yet)

MOBO: Intel DP965LT

 

 

Thanks and sorry for making threads like mad.

Boot order probably. Meaning your Mobo will check for an OS on the SSD before it checks on the HDD

a ssd, as far as the computer cares, works the exact same as a HDD so yea.

The OS needs to run TRIM on the SSD.
