Go to solution Solved by JackT24,

uhhh... Anyways what OS are you using?

I found out what it was! its an nvidia application. Whenever i open the application a remote reader starts, its image name is nada.exe *32 in the task manager processes.

I built my first PC yesterday and installed everything fine. When I boot up my PC i am getting a narrator from somewhere that isn't the windows dictation software on the accessibility panel. Just wondering if anyone has any advice on where it might be coming from?

It wasn't a pre built?

Maybe try checking Task Manager's processes while you hear the voice

No it wasn't pre built, i have ran the task manager and it only says chrome is running.

I'm talking about processes, not tasks. (The second tab in Task Manager)

But as @DeViLzzz said, record it so we know how it sounds and such
