I have a Thermaltake Overseer RX-1, The power button in the damn thing ceased to work one day. Thank go my MB has an onboard power switch.

This is just bs this could happen to any case/button. Usually just a loose wire that can be fixed under a minute yourself.

my thermaltake case now has 3 legs ,I also cut half of the internals with dremel ,raped the fan shroud,I sat on it and crushed the the top and yet every switch works fine sounds like you got a defective one

The wires inside got torn off, but Reconnecting them to the switch didn't solve the problem whatsoever.

I just don't know guys, resoldered the wires but to no use. I guess the button itself must be defective and I am beyond warranty help right now.

I will say thermaltake quality is generally very average but this should be easily fixed most likely a loose connector whether on your motherboard or the io panel I couldn't say

In my country, having a thermaltake case means owning a Lambo. Switches are impossible to get. However I did switch the RESET switch for the power switch. Guess I don't need it that much.
