best wireless lapel mic for PC?

Just what the topic tile says. What is the best lapel mic for PC? I'm not looking to spend a lot of money, but I will if I have too. 

Requirements:

Has to be wireless
Has to have VERY good noise cancellation from background voices and other noises.  
Has to work with a PC
