Choosing between 4 FM2+ motherboards

I'm in the midst of buying some components and the only thing i have left to buy is the motherboard, the four i found listed below are all under £50 and all fit my needs, fan headers, usb etc.

 

MSI A88XM-E45 

 

ASRock FM2A88M Extreme4+ 

 

Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3H 

 

Asus A88XM-PLUS

 

My other components are:

 

Coolermaster Silencio case

AMD Athlon 860k CPU

Coolermaster Hyper T4 Cooler

Kingston Hyperx Fury Blue (2x4gb) Ram

 

kingston 60GB ssd

hitachi 2tb hdd

corsair cs450m psu

 

 i'm leaning towards the msi because I've used the 970-g43 and the auto overclock wasn't too bad. If there is anyone who has used these boards or know of them to help me decide which one.

i would go for the asus board. i have one in my htpc and its great.

The Asrock will be the value for money board among the boards you have listed out

 

why?

 

the VRMs on that mobo is decent and you can push the 860K quite high

 

also the Hyper T4 cooler isnt exactly value for money cooler but it get the job done

 

for a bit more you can go for the CM 212 Evo/Plus
