Hello sir,

If you are planning on installing a new operating system or you just want to wipe the drive "for ever(so its really hard to bring back data)" try using Dban

There site:

http://www.dban.org/

I have never used it personally but I heard that its really good program.You can read the instructions on how to set it up from there website.

Have a nice day

 C++,Assembly,Reverse Engineering,Penetration testing,Malware analysis

Do you have a question?Are you interested in programming?Do you like solving complex problems?Hit me up with a pm.

The easiest way would be to install windows on your SSD then boot on to that.

Then go to this PC( My Computer) and then find your HDD then right click and click format, there is should be pretty straight forward.

Just a note, formatting a harddrive does not permanently delete it's contents, it only erases the table of where the days is on the drive. The data can still be recovered using data recovery software.

Ccleaner -- > Tools -- > Drive Wiper.

Select the wiping options, number of passes and then wipe the selected drive! :)
