That's an extremely tight budget.

Even just an FX 6300 and a 270 would eat up most of it.

I would save my money, personally. And maybe wait for the next wave of hardware releases and hopefully a price drop on current parts.

I saw a video recently where Patrick Norton built a gaming PC for like 400 bucks, but he used a piece of wood instead of a case and mounted half their parts with paracord... :P

"A picture is starting to form here... I wonder if it's accurate? Some pieces don't quite seem to fit. Or maybe I just don't like the way it looks."

Building a $400 gaming PC with "futureproofing" is nigh impossible. This is about as low as you can go for budget building. An APU option would be...

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Lxs2ZL

A seperate GPU/CPU configuration would be something like this...

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/8fvM23

Anyway, as stated above, I would save your money for an $800 or even $1000 build (sweet spot imo).

Welcome to the forum!

I'm new here and i need your suggestions for building a gaming pc under USD $300-$400 for myself with some future proofing.

Also one things should i build it NOW or wait for Linus AMD budget build or any other Tech improvement in near future which can leave my PC outdated ??

Some more points.

I will use peripheral from my old PC.

Thinking to Hook up my 32" LCD with it, so 1080p is must.

and i'm building a new PC coz my old one is not able to keep up with the time (Getting problems everyday)

Going $600 would free up a lot of space for a better GPU.

You CANNOT build an APU gaming machine that is better for games than a dedicated GPU... not even if you crossfire.  Intel CPU, AMD GPU is the best way to start in a low budget build.
