Best way to config my system

So I have the following sitting around and I am looking for the best way to config this.  I am not an expert by any  means but have a lot of high end hardware.  The base system is a new alienware area 51 R2 wiht 32 gb ddr4 and dual SLI titan z card.  I have 2 512 850 pro Samsung SSD, 1 128 840 evo ssd  which currently has the OS on it,  and a 2 TB 7200 rpm drive.  I am wondering what is the best config for my storage.

(If its legit, the best way would probably just be to leave all the storage as independent devices, maybe run the 2 512GB 850 pros in raid 0 if the OS isn't on either of em)

Why did you get an Alienware? Why did you get dual Titan-Z's? Both of those mean spending more $ than you'll ever get out of it performance-wise.
