I found a Maxtor one touch 160gb hard drive http://www.cnet.com/products/maxtor-onetouch-160gb/

Is it worth doing anything with?

It's like really big. Like bigger than a 5.25 inch drive

i have like 3 of thoes. their solid metal construction make them a pain to carry there so heavy

Damn, I've one of those. Not sure what size it is, might be 300gb or 160gb. Heavy as two bricks and the size of an optical drive at least.

For what? Its only 160gb

fir files! surely you have random folders that could use a backup copy. you obviously won'y be able to back up an entire drive, but for key files it would be perfect.
