Audio Problems!

So I recently got a new headset and plugged it in, but it's the first time I've used a headset with 3.5mm jacks as oppose to just a USB. The microphone on it works fine but I can't get audio to play out of my headset. Anyone have any ideas why?

All cables wired correctly? Have you swapped the Main Audio output in windows ?

I have a Turtle Beach P11 and if I don't plug in USB, I can't get sound out of the 3.5mm jack

Yeah, all the cables are going to the right places and whatnot. How do I swap the Main Audio output?

I go to that thing and it says "No audio devices are installed" D:

I re-installed the audio drivers for my motherboard but that hasn't helped, even after a system restart. IDK about the Bios though I will check.

It is fixed! I have no idea what I did but I tried to update my audio drivers again, blue screened, restarted and now it all works. Thanks to all who tried to help.
