All cables wired correctly? Have you swapped the Main Audio output in windows ?

What headset is it? 

I have a Turtle Beach P11 and if I don't plug in USB, I can't get sound out of the 3.5mm jack

Yeah, all the cables are going to the right places and whatnot. How do I swap the Main Audio output?

 

 

make sure that the headset is configured as default device
