I want to game but also rendering!! So is this good, if not what can I change but my budget is 600 euros/dollars

I want to change the cpu to a better one but then I don´t stay in my budget

I would say this is a pretty good pc.

Why would you want a better CPU? The Intel Core i5-4430 is a really good CPU.
I have the i5-4670 which is awesome, but would cost ~25 more.

and I have just noticed that the Motherboard doesn´t support usb 3.0. But I need usb 3.0 so maybe that can be change

I would like to render After effects, sont vegas,... (video and photo)

The CPU is definitly not bad for rendering. But of course not great. It's decent and gets the job done. I cant remember correctly how long it would take to render a video on my i5, but it was definitly okay.

If you need USB3 and maybe a different CPU for rendering anyway, then an AMD CPU could be a good choice. But pls don't ask me anything about AMD. I'm more of an intel guy

You might even save enough money by purchasing an AMD CPU, so you could buy a NVidia card if you really want one.

I meant the type of content you're rendering. 

Simply cutting video clips together is very different from dropping buckets of Red giant plugins on many layers.
