They're a very small company, their customer service should be good. Unlike a large company, their support should feel more personal since they aren't contracting out for CS like Corsair and others (I know, not the best comparison, but CS is CS.)

 

I emailed Fractal Design about a replacement panel for my Node 304 (that I messed up in the first place and was willing to pay for) and had one sent out for free within 10 minutes?

 

Obligatory @MayflowerElectronics would probably want to know about this, though he's subbed to this subforum anyhow.

Yeah, I was really suprised by it myself. I may even get a FD case for my secondary machine, but money will be what dictates that decision.

I received a defective custom O2/ODAC from JDS Labs and they built a new one for me and shipped it to me within twelve hours without even asking me to send the defective unit back first. Even if I e-mail those guys at 2 AM, I'll have a reply within the hour. For these reasons, I am very loyal to JDS Labs, but I have no doubt Mayflower Electronics also offers amazing customer service.
