Hi all, bit of a weird thread I guess. I am looking for a new bed, my current one is horrible and noisy. I want one of those beds that have a desk underneath, or at least allow me to have a desk underneath and was wondering if anyone knew of a good site to get them from? I'd be happy for any tips on where to get them, thanks :D

You have 2 options:

- But from something like this: http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/categories/departments/bedroom/19039/

- Or DIY

I'd personally chose DIY, because you can customize it as much as you want, but it could end up quite costly... :(

I checked Ikea, all metal beds which I have atm, very noisy indeed so I'd of liked wood. Yeh DIY is out of the window, not only the price but also skill level is simply not there with me lol. Hmmm, they are expensive for a good one, may have to do with a normal one :(

I also search for a new bed - my slatted frame slowly breaks away...

You are allowed to have animated avatars on LTT, but - try to have images like "userbars" in the signature - no chance...

Excels last cell is XFD1048576 and once was IV65536.

(if you want to have the most effective mousepad - use a colored matte floor tile)

there are some podcasters out there that are offering a link to save on a bed/mattress service like what you see linus doing with audiobooks and lootcrate. can't think of the company or the offercode/podcasters off the top of my head though.
makes sense though. skip the middleman reap the savings by buying directly.

I have problems finding beds, but I was able to find wood craftmen before and custom made me some very robust wooden bed stands as nothing store bought is adequate for an individual my size (1.90cm 140kg)
