BBC Interview with Lizard Squad

If it forces companies to start taking their basic fucking security seriously, I'm all for it personally.

Also, the interviewer clearly had no idea what he was talking about. You can still use consoles when they aren't connected to the net, you can still play the games in all their glory, you just can't take them online. The fact he compared it to going to their house and smashing up their presents was idiotic beyond belief.

Just listen to the radio 2 interview, one of the two hackers interviewed is obviously educated, articulate and very skilled at what he does. He even says in the interview he works in the security industry and he points out that the large majority of workers in his industry start out as hackers, as he says "its vital to know how it works so you can work to stop it".

If you read the post I put then I already mentioned this....

It seems impossible until it's done.

Wow, great obsec. Participating in something almost all countries by now threaten with long times in prision and than giving a radio interview.

And as long as the details given (family/TV station/age /use of language) arn't part of a premade legend its likely more easy for prosecutions to correlate this guys geographical position inside the UK (given the interview was with the BBC, he's brit)
