Hey guys,

I have R9 290x twin frozr card. I can not run card on uber mode. Whenever uber mode is enabled, PC won't boot. Card runs perfectly in quiet mode. Any solutions???

And also, my maximum fan speed is about 3000rpm, is there any way to increase this?

Note - A paper in Graphic card package says, it's a switch for hybrid bios and legacy bios

My motherboard is intel DH77EB (pretty low end)

I don't believe that the switch is for Uber mode. It's to switch between the Hybrid and Legacy BIOS as you already mentioned.

Uber mode? Msi should consider naming their OC mode to this... Hahaha

It's the name AMD specified to the OC mode on their cards.

why on earth would you want to? if you really need lower temps, improve airflow... that'll do you much more good than fan speeds
