I am not sure how many people still mod GTA IV or anything but I would like a list of mods to make the game as pretty as possible but also with as much ease as possible.

No 40 different car mods please :)

 

Yes I know of icenhancer and will most likely be using that, but give me a list of all the mods you use :)

even without mods your game will run like crap. GTA 4 is as badly optimized as AC:U, even with specs like yours you won't be able to run it with good frame rates.

I call BS, my computer can run GTA IV with Cry ENB with 60FPS at high settings

    Sapphire Radeon R9 270 (Will be upgrading this soon)

What running it earlier maxed out with icenhancer ENB and some ultra texture mods.

4k downsampled with my own custom ENB.

I get around 55-90FPS.

GTA IV is CPU Bound from what I remember, Your dual 980s don't mean anything besides raising the minimum fps with ENBs or at higher resolutions.

@Butterfish Bravo, you have enough money to build a rig like mine, not like it means anything anyway.... Just because I was stating the fact that GTAIV runs like utter shit on a high end system like mine, does not mean I was bragging.

Nearly 2015... The lowest end gtx and r7 pretty much beat the highest end from those days.
