Apple Mac Mini (Late 2012) PSU?

Is there a more powerful PSU for the Mac mini, the one in there right now is only 85w and it can't even handle another usb stick. Should I replace it if there is one, or should i just buy a different pc like an Intel NUC.

Pretty much. It's basically the specs of a Macbook Pro, but into a desktop form.

It's an office computer for conference calls so theres a webcam a mic, hdmi into the tv and i put a usb stick in there and it shut off, its only a 85w psu,

What do you mean they'll replace it? Do I just call into Apple and tell them that my Mac isn't functioning properly. And I don't have any of the papers or the box.
