It's childish though.

Assuming for the moment that NK really is responsible for the Sony hacks, what response would you suggest instead?

I kinda disagree. Lets assume the NK government was behind the sony hack.

Almost all of the internet usage in NK is by the Government and military. So if the US did indeed shut down their internet, it is an action that has very little effect on the civilian population but (hopefully) an impact on government and military functions. Seems like a very solid response to me.

Why is it childish? I have for the most part ignored your posts in this thread but you keep going with this idiocy.

Childish is calling Obama a "wicked black monkey" childish is calling the leader of south Korea an " old prostitute and a whore" childish is threatening to turn Seoul into a sea of fire because of training exercises. Childish is threatening nuclear war(with nukes you don't have) over a movie.

Taking out their internet in response to their hacking of an American company is a perfectly valid response. Get over yourself.

Conceal your intentions

Really? You're calling me an idiot for my own opinion? I'm so terribly sorry that my opinion differs from everybody else. Please forgive me for having such a different opinion.

How the hell am I supposed to know? Come up with a plan other than "nuking" their internet?

Hey, it's just my opinion.

So you think it's childish yet you don't have an alternative?

Certainly, it's your opinion and you're free to have it. But in my opinion, I can't see a better alternative.

Besides, the Internet Outage wasn't even permanent, and odds are, it didn't even affect regular citizens, since they don't have access to the internet in most cases anyway.
