Worth an RMA?

Hey everyone,

The fractal design R5 just came in today. I opened it up, and was dissipointed to find that the power button wasn't attached.

I tried to fix it myself, and I got the power button in the socket but it doesn't pop back up when you press it.

So, is this worth an RMA or is there another solution?

If you don't get the quality they want you to pay, RMA. Now you know why Linus always tells us about the packaging material when he does Case reviews.

is it held in by plastic clips at either side? Or does it screw in? If its just plastic they might sent you out a new one to attach.
