I believe it was a small game? Is it on Steam sale or something too..?

when will the full game get released

2015 and that's about all we know.... rumours say June 22. 

 

the rumour:     

 

" During the recently held awards night, creator of Metal Gear Solid 5 Phantom Pain revealed a little "easter egg" for fans after reports say that the top that Kojima was wearing, which carried the print "tjugoandra den sjätte" on it may be a way of telling everyone when the game would be released.

 

The text directly translates to "twenty second the sixth," which is a Swedish term. Speculations then arise that this may be the release date of the game - June 22. "
