550w, modular, short, as close to 50$ as possible?

i use this one and i love it but it's a bit above budget i guess...i still recommend it because it's quiet:

it's made by seasonic it's the same as the G series 550W but the XFX has some improvement such as the fact that it is fully modular (vs semi) and also it has a fan that won't spin when not under load.
