Can someone PLEASE review this 140mm Akasa fan?

The specs look promising. I'm thinking of using two on a CPU cooler, they have a high maximum CFM for when the CPU goes above 70degrees and I am sure they will spin very quietly at lower RPMs..

Martin did a small review of their 120mm fan but it's a totally different model, that did not fair so well...

This is the closest I can get to have an idea of their performance, it's a Polish review. But you can just look at the graphs and get an idea of what is going on...

I'm thinking that the actual heatsink is the let down in that review, not the fans. I'm sure they would perform better on say...  Prolimatech/Thermalright/Thermaltake heatsink than the stock fans.

a couple of users on OCN/[H] have injected that the 140R is loud in the high rpm range. that 40-60%

duty cycle can be tolerated. due to the high static, it is going to be noisey.. some even commented

the 120 version was quieter and just a "strong" as the 140 counter-part. found under CPU HSF review.
