internet speed. like srsly help....

So i did my speedtest and i got 2.22mb download speed and 0.10 upload speed.... my parents refuse to get better internet (which would be cheaper also) and we use at&t... i cant watch videos in 360p without buffering every 2 seconds. Please help. It takes a week too download a game. Is there anything i can do to make it faster?

Ehhh....nope you can't sadly, if you have a wired connection it could make it a bit faster.
