its $19 not $9, its only $9 after the rebate.

 

Its not really worth it, if you're getting a new cooler then just get the hyper 212 evo if you want to spend little.

Apparently a really nice one. Although I meant to type not really, but I had to take a leak. xD

 

But even with the fan hanging in around 1300RPM (which is pretty quiet) my max temp playing most games is around 40C. And I ripped the cooler off and put it back on without replacing the thermal paste.

it will make less noise and reduce the temps a bit. Not a massive improvement but if sound is a issue then you would what must be done.
