How did you pay? If using a prepaid credit card it's normal. Also with the increased volume of sales from Black Friday and Cyber Monday, they'll be slower than usual regardless of how you pay.

In store I've had no issues, but last Christmas/New Years I ordered from them online and it took a week for them to process my order. Could possibly be a normal thing.

I ordered something on black friday and it shipped out the same day, I buy most of my computer parts from there since they had 25% price beat versus other online competitors.

Placed an order like 1 and a half day ago and it's still not processed. Is this usual with them ? I always order from NCIX usually and my order is processed within a day.

For in store pick-up or delivery?

 

I usually do in store and I get an email saying it's ready within a few hours.

I've only ordered online from them once but I don't remember it taking very long.

Maybe contact customer service? But I wouldn't be surprised if they just weren't running behind because of the sales they just had over the last 4 days.

Non mainstream companies can take 2-4 or 7-10 business days for the processing of a product.

Bought my GPU from them about a month ago. Had no problems with processing and had the item within a week (I'm in Ontario, they're out in Calgary). They're probably busy with Cyber week sales etc. I'd give it a few more days.
